Adelaide CBD, Australia Career Boss Full time

Our valued client operates a modern contract bottling facility in the Ottoway. They are seeking an experienced Administration person to join their team as an Inventory & warehouse staff member and be responsible for the timely and accurate receipting of all dry goods and ensuring stock levels are maintained for dry and finished goods in the ABM stock system.

**What the role entails**:

- Liaising with internal staff and external clients to facilitate daily operations.
- Create product codes for all customer supplied dry goods
- Attend daily operations meeting provision for administrative support to bottling operations scheduler as required
- Data entry duties and telephone call work.
- Maintaining and administering databases, documents and records.
- Managing the administrative duties in support of all work.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Adelaide CBD, SA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
