Customer Service and Sales Representative

**Your Opportunity**:
In the Customer Service and Sales Representative role - known as **Member Solutions Consultant**, you will engage with current and potential members from your local area showcasing the value and benefits of our products and services.

**What you need to know**:
**Location** : RAC West Perth Service Centre

**Working hours** : Monday to Friday 8.15am - 5.15pm (37.5 hours per week)

**Salary** : Starting at $59,197pa + shift loading / penalties + super + incremental salary increases as you take on opportunities to complete upskilling at your own pace.

**Training** : You'll be set up for success with a fully paid, in-depth structured training program directly delivered virtually to you by our professional Learning and Development Advisors.

**What will you be doing**:

- Provide support and accurate general advice or up to date information on products and services.
- Building and maintaining relationships with members recommending products tailored to suit their individual needs

**What we looking for**:
As a member-based organisation, alignment to our values is essential and we are looking for a seasoned customer service professional with sales experience, ideally in a busy, multi-tasking environment.
- Experience in working to achieving KPI's/ targets both individually & as part of a team;
- The ability to adapt & flex within a changing work environment, embracing and participating positively in change;
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen & relate well to others;
- The ability to demonstrate empathy and resilience in assisting members in difficult situations;
