**The Role**:
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager the Customer Service Representative is primarily responsible for the handling of sales enquiries, sales orders and administration of sales within the APAC business, as well as prospects within APAC and communicating opportunities and market information to the business.
Based at our corporate headquarters in the Perth CBD, the role of the Customer Service Representative will include but not limited to;
- Accurate entry and processing of customer enquiries and orders, and communication of orders to depots, warehouses and logistics.
- Invoicing, sending of monthly debtor statements and follow up of late payments for debtors
- Maintenance & balancing stock sheets for storage depots and consignment stock areas to ensure stocks are up to date.
- Forecasting sales pipeline for depots for re-stocking
- Maintenance of pricing in accounting systems and with customers
- Management of freight pricing for local deliveries
- Participation in new customer prospecting to uncover their needs and potential
**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS |**
- Proficient computer literacy skills across the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel) with demonstrated experience picking up new systems and processes quickly and efficiently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Customer service focus
- Well-developed time management and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
**Desirable**:
- Sales experience helpful but not essential
- Accounting or bookkeeping experience desirable
- Experience in using SAP and Customer Relationship Management Systems (NetSuite, Salesforce etc.) preferred.
