Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out sales order data entry for allocated customer accounts- Reporting on the order status of spare parts- Assisting customers with tracking the delivery status of spare parts- Maintenance of Customer Master Data- Process Returns/Credits/CAR’s and Cash Sale EFTPOS transactions- Assisting Sales teams with Pricing, On time Delivery reporting Price management and Finance with invoice queries

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a combined customer service and administration role- Experience in Sales Administration (Highly Desirable)- Intermediate to advanced knowledge using Microsoft Suite programs- Possess a positive can-do attitude- Experience using SAP or Ariba (Highly Desirable)- Ability to prioritize multiple requires and time manage your tasks- Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
