**Job Description**:
Wide World of Sports, Australia’s most iconic sports brand, is looking for a driven associate producer with the desire to produce great sports highlights and video content to join its dynamic digital team.

The Associate Producer will be based in our Sydney office and will be responsible for creating video highlights and digital-only shows, as well as distributing this content broadly across all Nine’s platforms. You will create video packages, graphics, scripts and liaise with talent across all our sports, and be responsible for delivering high quality content to our audience quickly and effectively. You must have a great eye for the big moments, as well as know what makes the audience tick. Weekend work will also be required. This role would best suit a producer in the early stages of their career looking to take the next step in their development. Must be passionate about sport and have a particular interest in NRL and tennis.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Sourcing vision, creating and publishing sports highlights
- Producing content in studio, collaborating with hosts and talent
- Creating graphics, both for video packages and social media
- Writing scripts for hosts and talent
- Be across the news cycle and have a good nose for a story
- Generating story and segment ideas
- Uploading content to CMS and social media
- Assist with sports archive management
- Demonstrates a positive and professional communication style
- Participates in and supports a team environment
- Communicates in a clear, timely and consistent manner

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in broadcast or digital video production, broadcast production, social media or relevant publishing experience in print media, broadcast media or online
- Demonstrated video production skills, and proven ability to distribute this content effectively to all digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media content and trends, particularly in sport.
- Demonstrated writing skills, with proven ability to produce clear compelling copy
- Strong understanding of all social media platforms
- A passion for sport with a strong emphasis on rugby league and tennis
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively to tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Premiere and Avid.
