Sydney’s iconic 2DayFM is on the hunt for a** Producer **to join our high-performing breakfast team. Working alongside **Hughesy, Ed and Erin** you will be responsible for delivering compelling and well-targeted content to our treasured listeners. By maintaining a constant flow of creative ideas and integrating them into the station’s shows on a daily basis, you’ll help ensure that only fresh and relevant content goes to air
Naturally, we are looking for someone who is quick on their feet and is relentless in the generation of creative ideas and outside the box thinking. You will work well under pressure, love tight deadlines, and have a deep understanding of the commercial objectives of breakfast radio.
- You will have extensive experience as a Producer within a large metro market
- Have an in-depth understanding of the breakfast radio market including strategic drivers and audience patterns
- Be a bulldog when it comes to chasing content and guests, you will stop at nothing
- Be able to work cooperatively with multiple teams from audio, visual, talent and other show producers.
- You love the 2DayFM brand and can relate easily with the station’s target audience
- You possess sound knowledge and understanding of CRA’s Codes of Practice and Broadcasting Standards
- You’re someone who’s always on top of their game when it comes to popular culture, current affairs and local events
- You’re a reliable, hardworking and results driven individual who’s able to multitask and perform effectively under pressure
- You’re an inspirational team player with great communication and interpersonal skills
