**About the organisation**:
The National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA) is the peak professional body for insurance brokers in Australia. NIBA represents large, multinational insurance brokers, Australian broker networks, and small to medium-sized businesses located in cities, and regional areas right around Australia.

NIBA is committed to supporting its members by representing the interests of insurance brokers and their members to government and regulators and promoting elevated levels of professionalism.

**About the role**:
NIBA is looking for a Content Writer and Producer to join their small collaborative and professional team. Reporting to the Communications Manager, you will support NIBA to achieve its business objectives by delivering high-quality content and initiatives, including the NIBA magazine and weekly e-newsletter.

**About the person**:
You will have the ability to build strong relationships, have exceptional attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a LOVE for writing.

**Duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Project manage the production of their magazine and weekly e-newsletter
- Plan, create, and implement engaging content for the NIBA website, LinkedIn, NIBA Mentoring Program, NIBA Awards, and the annual Convention
- Update and maintain the website news section
- Script, shoot, and edit video and multimedia content for the NIBA TV social media channels, including YouTube
- Assist with the development and implementation of digital campaigns and other marketing initiatives
- Support the Communications Manager to coordinate current and plan for future content
- Attend and produce content for NIBA Events

**To be successful you will have**:

- Previous experience in either journalism, editing, content writing, or producing is required
- Ability to create engaging content and have exceptional copywriting skills
- A high level of initiative and a creative mindset
- Interpersonal skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills both internally and externally.
