An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Community Insights team as a Community Insights Partner on a fixed term basis until February 2025.

**About the Role...**
With an agile approach, community first focus and well-rounded understanding of market research, you will actively partner with the organisation to garner, analyse and present information to inform decision making, service delivery and business planning.You will also be managing end to end research initiatives whilst telling stories through data to derive insight and recommendations.
A key accountability of this role will be working on the development, integration and maintenance of a community research framework based on best practice and governance.
**About You...**
You have a natural curiosity for data and analytics and are passionate about seeing others succeed through better decision making enabled by the voice of the community. You enjoy partnering with your organisation with a willingness to share information and interpret the ‘why’ to ensure strategy connects to everyday delivery.
You possess advanced knowledge of data analysis (qualitative and quantitative) and with your excellent verbal and written communication skills have the ability to tell stories through data. You also possess a high level of software skills across a number of systems, databases and MS Office packages. Experience with survey and data analysis programs is essential.
Working effectively with your team, you are able to align your work to strategy and develop, test, integrate and maintain frameworks and processes within the organisation. You also have ability to develop new frameworks based on market research best practice with ability to integrate and maintain within the organisation.
Whilst tertiary qualifications in Business or Marketing are high desirable, we welcome applicants with demonstrative experience in market research, customer experience, community engagement or marketing and communications.
