Analytics Business Partner

**Position Overview**

The Analytics Business Partner is responsible for providing responsive and timely business analytics and storytelling support to our two key business units, specifically Women’s Health & Established Brands, and Biosimilars & Fertility.

Working in conjunction with Organon ANZ’s Business Insights and Analytics area this critical role will be deeply embedded into the business units.

Training and support will be provided by Business Insights & Analytics to ensure that the role has the right support, tools and training in order to deliver exceptional outcomes.

**Primary Responsibilities**

**Primary Care Analytics Support **(40%) - Primary Care (Women’s Health & Established Brands)
- Provide analytical support for ad-hoc requests and in preparation for major presentations (e.g. May/October Forecast Periods, Month to Go etc)
- Build and support views, models and analytics to deliver insights and stories into market, product and SKU performance for Women’s Health and Established Brands
- Provide analytical support to sales and marketing leaders into order to better understand performance, and what actions are required to optimise
- Create reports/packs to support the communication of insights to key stakeholders within the business
- Partner with relevant internal stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration to improve analytics maturity within the business
- Proactively identify business challenges and trends

**Specialty Care Analytics Support **(40%) - Specialty Care (Biosimilars and Fertility)
- Identical as in Primary Care Analytics support (above)

**Analytics Platform Support **(20%)
- Be the point of contact for support for key analytics systems (e.g. Power BI, IQVIA Orchestration Analytics, Excel etc) for users in the Business Units
- Assist in raising CSH Tickets & Change Requests as well as drafting business requirements for features raised by the two business units
- Assist Analytics team in providing requirements and facilitating user input for any developer solutions

**Skills**
- Highly proficient in Excel and Powerpoint, Thinkcell experience preferred but not required
- Ability to write in clear and concise business English a must
- Excellent analytical capabilities, and able to set up robust business cases, solve problems, create order and simplify complex problems.
- Clearly demonstrable skills in analysing complex situations and processes and strength in effectively integrating data to form a complete cohesive picture for actionable insights.

**Experience**
- Minimum 3 years experience in an analyst or similar role
- Experience from Big 4 or similar consulting firm a plus

**Education**
- Bachelor Degree or above in an Analytical Discipline (e.g. Computer Science, Science, Mathematics)
