Every day, City of Playford’s workforce of around 480 staff provides numerous services ranging from urban planning, to maintaining streetscapes, community development, as well as valuable, inclusive services from venues such as libraries, arts and community centres.

Reporting to the Senior Manager Organisational Development, the HR team works to a relatively flat structure, so decision making is collaborative and efficient. We pride ourselves on not being a typical 9-to-5 workplace so whether you’re an early riser, you need to drop the kids off, or balance some work from home, we offer genuine flexibility.
