Export Documentation + Administration Officer

Contributing to a high performing export department, you will have the opportunity to leverage your experience in exports, whether it be sea freight or in an administrative or support capacity, to coordinate air freight shipments.
**Scope**
- Execute orders from start to finish (post sale through to shipping, documentation and providing support to the customer);
- Manage and coordinate logistics, assist with booking airlines, arrange releases and provide updates to all stakeholders;
- Assist with sea freight containerized shipments if required;
- Enter all related invoices related to shipment and manage all related administration;
**Success Profile**
Ideally you will be a strategic thinker, operating comfortably in pressurized, time sensitive environments and possess a strong focus on stakeholder management. Additionally, solid analytical skills, attention to detail and a unique ability to manage and build relationships to ensure shipments arrive on time and in full, is critical.
Please note this role is based in office Monday to Friday, therefore a willingness to do so is required.
