**ROLE OVERVIEW**:
**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- Will have 2+ years working in a similar role, preparing bid submissions or marketing and communications
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with and driving bid teams to meet deadlines, ensuring win strategies and tender deliverables are executed
- Project manage all bid related activities to ensure completion in line with RCC quality standards
- A proactive self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team
- Adobe Creative Suite, CRM management and basic graphic design experience
