Qualifications & experience
1-3 years' experience in a bid, tender, proposal or submission management or coordination role
Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to draft from scratch, interview and to create from existing material. You need to be able to do this without using AI.
- A proven ability to communicate and engage effectively across a team.
- Advanced organisational skills
- Honed attention to detail
- Word formatting skills. InDesign skills would be a plus.
- A tertiary qualification in marketing & communications, creative writing or journalism is desirable but not necessary.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Managing and coordinating small, medium and large tenders from end to end
- Writing compelling and persuasive tender responses with technical input from subject matter experts across disciplines and industries
- Coordinating inputs into tenders to ensure compliance with requirements
- Coordinating drafting and review processes to ensure quality outcomes
- Communicating proactively with all bid team members to support their efforts and assist them to understand their role and inputs into tenders
- Liaising with the graphic designer to develop supporting visual elements for the tender
- Creating Word templates for tenders and formatting them throughout the tender
