We are seeking an enthusiastic and hands-on Team Leader to join our business relocation team. This position is suited to someone with strong leadership qualities, great communication skills and a high level of attention to detail. Must have experience working in a removals, warehouse, furniture installation or logistics environment.

**About the role**:

- Co-ordinate and oversee small projects, supervise and guide the relocation crew, organise movements of vehicles and staff on site
- Read and understand furniture plans, scope of works documents and communicate to the team
- Service and support clients with their relocation requirements
- This is an active and hands-on role, leading by example with a hard-working attitude
- Daily communication with the operations team
- An opportunity to work on diverse, unique, and complex projects
- Coordination and supervision of relocation crew to undertake the following tasks:disconnecting and reconnecting office IT equipment, packing of various items eg. books, kitchenware, IT and other office equipment, moving crates, furniture, cages etc between locations, loading and unloading trucks and dismantling and assembling furniture
- The office/warehouse is located in Welshpool, but daily jobs are all over the Perth metro
- Start times and shift durations fluctuate to suit projects/workload however a typical day would be 8am-4pm Monday - Saturday. (Flexible)

**Skills and experience**:

- Previous industry experience in a removals, transport or warehousing role or similar relevant experience
- Excellent communication
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise a busy workload
- Full Australian Driver’s License required
- Ability to drive a truck (highly regarded but not required)
- Commitment to safety protocols and procedures
- Ability to promote a productive and positive work environment

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates
