**THE ROLE**

Extending their services to the National stage is well and truly underway - and this **new role** is a KEY part in the next phase of this growth.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will effectively:

- **Take over the Service delivery function** and make it ‘financially hum’
- Make it the envy of others through your **strategies for delivering** on efficient and **proactive customer services**:

- **lead a small team of 8**

This role will likely appeal to someone in a similar position (or an experienced technician) who is currently not in the **spotlight** or reaping the **recognition** for the changes and improvements you seem to make naturally.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES expected of this role include**:

- Planning and implementing a National service delivery strategy
- Creating systems to predict and solve service problems - such as equipment breakdowns or supply of parts to remote locations
- Identifying ways to measure customer service and implementing these
- Managing a team’s goals including providing meaningful feedback

**HOW TO BE SUCCESSFUL**
- Possess a technical service delivery background - especially if it involves preventative maintenance
- Genuinely enjoy contributing to change inside a growing company
- You can focus a team’s direction and manage outputs
- Have experience managing a budget and writing productive reports
- Own above average communication skills (verbal and written)
- Be computer literate

**Salary**: From $80,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- services team leader: 1 year (preferred)
- technical lead: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
