**LOOKING TO TAKE THE NEXT STEP IN YOUR WAREHOUSING CAREER**

We are looking for a team member with at least 2 years warehouse or logístical experience. This is an exciting roll which will see you work in various departments throughout the warehouse, you will work with and mentor the existing team to ensure the importance of safety whilst ensuring productive and accurate work.

Working directly with the Warehouse and Operations managers you will be trained to identify areas of improvement and to develop strategies to improve the standard of work and efficiencies

You must have the ability to lead a small team, be outgoing and friendly but have the ability to be able to have open conversation with fellow team members and management.

Your key responsibilities as Warehouse Team Lead will include but not limited to:

- Maintaining process standards within the warehouse
- Identifying and recommending changes in operational processes to meet our high standards of customer service and efficiency
- Supporting the team in capacities outside of the role responsibilities
- Maintain and continuing to promote high standards of customer service within the warehouse
- Maintain a safe working environment, be proactive with solutions and preventive measurers to ensure we have the safest work environment possible for our team members
- Communicating various information with other departments within the business

Skills Required:

- Minimum of 2 years warehouse experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Forklift license is preferred
- High levels of organisational and administration skills
- Strong Ability to liaise with other members of staff including management
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solution driven mindset
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

Salary negotiable on experience

**Salary**: Up to $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Warehouse experience: 2 years (preferred)
- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- forklift truck (LF Class) (preferred)
