**A typical day in this role involves**
- Oversee efficient warehouse operations to fulfil customer demands with an emphasis on inwards goods
- Oversee stock and ensure it’s checked against delivery advice, receipted and stored correctly and managing stocktakes
- Conducting a daily forklift safety check in accordance with guidelines and operating a forklift
- Ensuring that the warehouse housekeeping is maintained at the highest possible standards
- Review ways to aid efficiency, add value and reduce costs as well as delivering continuous improvement initiatives
- Adhering to Health & Safety practices and ensuring that Lawrence & Hanson is at all times, a safe working environment.

- You have a current Forklift Licence
- Product knowledge and experience in the electrical, industrial or safety markets is desirable, but not essential
