**The Role**
- Maintain the site roster, organise work crew and schedule flights and accommodation
- Project finance tracking, cost control, documentation management and reporting
- Supporting with resourcing activities for labour hire, contractors schedule and timesheet compliance
- Resolving problems for workers, Supervisors and Senior Management so that day-day activities can continue to run smoothly
- Escalating any urgent matters to the Project Manager and implementing their decision
- Assisting the Procurement team with raising purchase orders for site equipment and materials
- Assist various stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time
- Review and development of administrative systems and procedures

You will be responsible for a full range of project administration duties across a number of projects, including duties such as coding invoices, document and version control in Viewpoint managing inboxes, chasing quotes per project deadlines, maintaining equipment registers, carry out inductions, minute taking.
- Have previous experience in a similar role that can be translated into our fast-paced environment.
- Be highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise competing deadlines.
- A 'can do' and service focused attitude.
- Be proficient in the use of Excel, Word and Outlook
- Have strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Viewpoint software would be beneficial but not essential.
- Sense of humour and ability to gel with the team a must.
