**Payroll Administrator**:
The Role

We're seeking a part-time Payroll Administrator to join our team for 15 hours per week - Mondays and Tuesdays are essential, with flexibility around the third day. This presents an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and make an impact while working alongside our talented and experienced Business Support team who will provide ongoing support and guidance.

Duties include but not limited to;
- Process payroll on a fortnightly and monthly basis.
- Maintain employee payroll records, including tax, superannuation, and leave entitlements.
- Interpret awards and enterprise agreements to ensure correct payroll calculations.
- Prepare payroll reports and provide data analysis as required.
- Respond to employee queries regarding payslips, deductions, and entitlements.
- Process new starters, terminations, and changes in employment conditions.
- Stay updated with changes in payroll legislation and regulations.
- Liaising with Managers and Supervisors on pay related queries.
- Provide assistance to the Accounts Officer when required.
- Other duties as required by the Business Support Team Leader.

About you
- 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role or similar.
- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator, Payroll Officer, or similar role.
- Exposure to employment rosters advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with ActionHRM and Pronto is preferred.
- Proactive approach to supporting the payroll function.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of relevant awards, enterprise agreements, and Fair Work Act regulations.
