Click play, on your career today **What you will do**: - Update and maintain AML/CTF policies and procedures. - Support transaction monitoring and reporting in line with AML/CTF regulations. - Draft and review business practices, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance. - Monitor transactions, conduct due diligence, and assess risks using compliance tools. - Track regulatory changes in crypto and online gambling, updating policies as needed. - Prepare compliance reports for regulators and assist with regulatory filings. - Collaborate with teams to strengthen the AML/KYC framework and internal controls. - Conduct audits to identify compliance gaps and recommend improvements. - Train employees on compliance policies and regulatory updates. - Provide support to Compliance and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Finance, Tech). - Perform additional compliance-related tasks as required. **What you will bring**: - 2-3 years of experience in Compliance and AML functions with a solid understanding of relevant regulations. - Strong skills in drafting clear and concise policies. - Familiarity with compliance tools and processes. - Experience conducting compliance audits and managing regulatory filings and investigations. **Bonus points if you also have**: - Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous - Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous - Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira **Some of the perks of working for us**: - Two full-time Baristas who will make you coffee, tea and fresh juices - Daily catered breakfast - Massage Wednesdays - we get professionals to do this - Team budgets for lunches and activities to celebrate achievements - Fun office environment with pool tables, table tennis and all your favorite gaming consoles - State-of-the-art end-of-trip facilities - EAP access for you and your family - Learning & Development platform with over 9,000 courses - Paid volunteer day - Flexible working hours - Help yourself drinks fridges and snack shelves "We are a 2024 Circle Back Initiative Employer - we commit to respond to every applicant" We believe that the unique contributions of everyone at Easygo are the driver of our success.
