**About the Opportunity**

The Compliance Analyst focuses on the identification, assessment and management of regulatory events and compliance risks associated with the collection, use and disclosure of personal information and with the engagement of consumer markets across RACV’s product and service range.

Reporting to Regulatory Counsel the Compliance Analyst is responsible for assising the Regulatory Counsel and Risk Business Partners to identify, investigate, assess and work with stakeholders to manage regulatory risk as well as contributing to the Risk and Legal department as a team member, including supporting the GM Risk and Legal to deliver the annual Business Plan.

**What you’ll need to be successful**
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field like business, finance, law. (preferred)
- 3 years’ experience in compliance and/or risk management in a commercial environment.
- Strong understanding of good risk management principles and practice.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyse data for the purposes of identifying compliance risk issues and trends and producing quality insights for business decision makers.
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organisation.
- Experience working with marketing and/or sales teams (preferred)
