- 9.00am - 5.00pm
Due to an internal re structure we are looking for a dedicated & bubbly Administration assistant.
We are an Event Hire Company based in the Central Coast. NSW
**Responsibilities, not limited to**:
- You will be responsible running of the front desk.
- Manage the end-to-end client’s event to ensure they have exceptional client experience through their journey.
- Work with clients to understand their objective looking to achieve and conduct meaningful reviews.
- Build superb client relationships.
- Work to identify and/or develop opportunities to upsell product offerings.
- Complete administration and support activities such as maintaining CRM with accuracy and others.
- Project manage support and escalations.
- Assist with ordering stock and liaising with suppliers.
- Assisting wider team

**Job Type**: Casual
**Salary**: $22.91 - $34.02 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
