We now have a new opportunity for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join the team in Tuggerah NSW on a full-time basis.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Greet and assist patients with a warm smile
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient records with precision
- Handle phone inquiries and respond to patient needs efficiently
- Process billing and insurance claims with attention to detail
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area
- Collaborate with our dental team to ensure smooth operations

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency with dental software and Microsoft Office
- A friendly and professional demeanor

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Dental receptionist: 3 years (required)
