Dental Receptionist

**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced, highly-motivated and well-presented individual for the role of Dental Receptionist.

You will join our close-knit team on a casual basis (1 day per week - Mondays) with a view to move to additional days in the future.

**Skills and attributes**:

- 2+ years minimum experience as a dental receptionist
- Outstanding organisation, communication & interpersonal skills with a positive and motivating attitude
- Of caring/bubbly nature and willingness to genuinely help patients
- Computer literacy
- Willingness to grow with the practice, keeping strong work ethics

**The role involves**:

- Welcoming patients
- Customer service and patient communication
- Appointment scheduling over the phone & face to face
- Private insurance claims
- Medicare claims through HICAPS machine
- Treatment plan follow-ups
- Dental assistant duties (Sterilisation, treatment room set up, assisting chair-side when required)

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 10 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Fixed shift
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Dental receptionist: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
