- trained in the wide variety of roles they perform.

**Your new role**

The NSW State Emergency Service (NSW SES) has an exciting opportunity for someone who is driven to serve the communities of NSW, working within a strong team of likeminded professional staff and volunteers to modernise and grow the organisation.

You will utilise your skills and experience to develop and deliver a range of projects and initiatives that will greatly enhance the capability of the NSW SES. The role includes a key focus on developing operational capabilities within the NSW SES and supporting partnerships with other agencies.

Your ability to manage projects, think laterally, solve problems, and engage effectively with stakeholders will be utilised daily, providing you an opportunity to develop and excel in these areas. You will be exposed to and play a key role in building capability development relationships across government agencies and industry at both a state and national level.

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Demonstrated skills and experience in data and research analysis, critical thinking and the practical implementation of organisational policy and operational doctrine.
- Thorough knowledge of AIIMS principles and processes, and/or willingness to obtain competence within 12 months.
- Proficiency in systems, communication, and process management to successfully handle complex scenarios and diverse stakeholder needs.
- Exceptional written communication skills for project management and other related tasks.
- Proficiency in numerical analysis, particularly in data-related aspects of the role.
