**Coordinator Procurement, Grade 7/8 - Wollongong - Fleet Replacement Program**
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced procurement professional to join a small and energetic team delivering replacement operational vehicles, vessels and trailers for the NSW State Emergency Service (SES) under the Fleet Replacement Program (FRP).

**About the opportunity**
NSW SES is undertaking a major program of fleet asset replacement, including vehicles, vessels and trailers, over the next three years and beyond.
The Coordinator Procurement is a senior member of the Fleet Replacement Program (FRP) team, responsible to ensure effective procurement and administration within the FRP, including:
- Preparation and conduct of tenders and associated procurement contract documents, including tender evaluation reports;
- Conduct Requests for Quotation and processing contract variations from contracted suppliers;
- Contract and replacement program governance, including performance monitoring and reporting;
- Ensure timely supply of specialist equipment to match build and delivery of new vehicles, vessels and trailers; and
- Lead and manage part of the FRP Team responsible for procurement, asset tracking, financial accounting and team administration
The Coordinator Procurement reports directly to the Manager, Fleet Replacement Program and receives technical procurement advice and direction from the Manager, Contracts and Procurement.

**About you**
To be successful in this role you will:
- Hold relevant qualifications in procurement or business management and/or equivalent professional experience;
- Have significant experience leading complex procurement activities;
- Be an experienced and effective team leader who can motivate and develop your team members;
- Be proficient in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
- Have high level written and verbal communications skills; and
- Be a self-starter with established time management skills and be a no-fuss problem solver
- Previous experience in NSW Government procurement, and/or in-depth knowledge of the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework would be advantageous but is not mandatory.

- You will enjoy a 35-hour work week, with the potential for flexible work arrangements such as a nine-day fortnight or a four-day work week depending on the requirements of the role and operational needs

- Attractive salary range of $110,266.00 to $122,058.00 plus 11.5% superannuation and leave loading
