**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join the Provider Master Data (PMD) team at Medibank.

Working collaboratively in a supportive environment, the PMD team provides administrative support to create and maintain key data, such as: provider registration, contact and banking information; and supports the submission of hospital case mix protocol (HCP) data to the Department of Health and Aged Care.

**This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract**

**You will impact by**:

- Actioning all workflow and responding to enquiries within agreed timeframes and in priority order, to an exceptional level of accuracy and meeting productivity targets
- Managing data submission processes, liaising with hospitals on data quality, and submitting this data to regulatory bodies
- Monitoring various automated and manual provider processes, processing exceptions, resolving issues as needed
- Acting as a central point of contact for all provider master data enquiries and providing prompt action or escalation for urgent items, working with management as required
- Working proactively with management to flag any issues or opportunities as they arise, proposing solutions or next steps as able
- Supporting training activities for new or upskilling team members
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives relating to workflow and team collaboration
- Collecting and maintain data that contribute to specific workflow metrics such as demand, activity, and productivity.

**About you**:
You are an experienced Administrator preferably within the health sector and you pride yourself in your attention to detail and excellent data entry skills.

Time management and organisation are your hallmarks, and you work well managing multiple streams of data at any one time.

You love contributing to improving processes and implementing new and improved ways of working.

You are enthusiastic and happy to get involved with tasks as required.
