**Salary: $58,000 / Year + Superannuation**

The Extend Group is a premium Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) provider, that provides exceptional care for children nationally.

An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join our small tight-knit team, based in our Docklands Office, near public transport hubs and the beautiful Yarra River precinct. Extend is looking for someone who is driven, organised, a team player, who is passionate about helping customers.

**Specific Responsibilities**
- Build & maintain excellent relationships with customers.
- Administration of database for enrolments, bookings and subsidies.
- Distribution of information for OSHC.
- Database management.
- Administration tasks like handling online orders, posts, organising food, coffee machine, utensils and dish washing machine.

**Essential Criteria**
- A great telephone manner.
- Experience working in a small team.
- Relevant experience, preferably in a fast-paced role.
- Demonstrated effective problem solving, organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Applications.
- Well organised and a multitasker.
