We are seeking a passionate and experienced Duty Manager to assist in the smooth running of the Front Office department to ensure unique and nurturing guest experiences. Our Duty Managers are responsible for managing a team, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The Duty Manager will work closely with other departments and help guide, train and motivate team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise team members, lead and encourage others and leads by example
  • Ensure that all guests needs are met and that guest satisfaction is consistently maintained
  • Monitor and maintain a safe and efficient work environment
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all goals and objectives are met
  • Manage inventory and supplies, and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare reports and provide updates to senior management as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • Proven experience is a similar role within a luxury brand environment
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications

Salary for this role is in the range of $77,000 - $79,500 situated in the Docklands area, close to public transport and parking.
