Yes Hospitality Group is looking for an Office Coordinator to join its team. The Office coordinator will be responsible for managing and leading the team and complying with YHG's standards.
We are currently recruiting for a number of permanent part-time Office Coordinator role that are available in a 5-star hotel.
Our client is based in Southbank. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to expand and secure their career in the hospitality industry.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for daily signing in and out of all worksheets and all keys to associates
- Control rooms cleaning flow and return
- Allocation of rooms for staff
- Ensure that any complaints are dealt with in a professional manner. Take immediate corrective action and ensure that all complaints are passed onto a supervisor or Executive Housekeeper.
- Communicate daily with Front Office, and related departments for all requirements. Ensure that prior work is carried out.
- Responsible for providing reports
- Communicate daily with staff members and supervisors information, which is designated from the Housekeeping office.
**What we need from you**
- A minimum 1 year proven experience as a housekeeping coordinator experience in a busy hotel
- Experience in working with Oracle Suite 8
- Proven time management skills and the ability to quickly identify issues and find solutions
- A can do attitude

- Leadership qualities
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 38 per week
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplementary Pay:
- Penalty rates
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Docklands, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Office administration: 1 year (preferred)
