Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with management to strategize and execute plans for expanding the finance team to meet the growing needs of the organization.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement efficient financial policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Act as a liaison between the finance department and other departments within the organization to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and achieve common goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
- Analyze financial data, identify trends and insights, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, trends, and regulations to ensure the finance team operates at the highest standards of excellence.
- Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and optimize resource utilization within the finance function.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in finance or accounting roles, with a track record of progressively increasing responsibilities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team of finance professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a passion for driving continuous improvement and innovation.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
