We have a reputation for striving for excellence with a focus on high quality in a growing industry. **About our Role** We have an opportunity to join our team as our **Accounts Assistant** supporting our Finance Manager with accounts payable & receivable on a permanent part-time basis. We are offering 15 hours per week to be worked over 3 x 5-hour days. Our support office is located in Eight Mile Plains. **Your responsibilities** The duties performed will include but not be limited to: - Coding & data entry of invoices and expense reimbursements - Allocation of payments received - Bank reconciliations - Maintenance of spreadsheets - General filing & adhoc accounts tasks **In order to be successful in this role, you will need**: - Experience with accounts payable & receivable - Basic Bookkeeping knowledge - Experience working with MYOB & Xero - Intermediate Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, and outlook) - Excellent communication, both written and verbal - Attention to detail - Accurate key entry skills **About Safeguarding Children** We create a patch for every child to grow.
