
Reward Compliance Analyst

We currently have a 12 month opportunity for a Reward Compliance Specialist to join our Solid Foundations & Risk Practice team, within the Performance & Reward Chapter.
The Reward Compliance Analyst will be responsible for assisting in the review of process requirements and completion of tasks, engaging with other groups and functions in support of the business. This role will contribute to a team culture of service excellence through supporting sustainable compliance requirements, process improvements and system evolution in both our direct businesses, and throughout our partnerships.
This hybrid role offers flexible work arrangements and gives you the opportunity to work along the East Coast, whether it be in Queensland or NSW.

**About the Opportunity
Working closely with the Reward Compliance Specialist, the Reward Compliance Analyst will develop, roll out and embed robust reporting metrics and data analytics of the organisation's internal Performance & Reward framework. They will assess, identify, and provide metrics and information to support compliance on a regular basis, as needed.
Your main responsibilities includes (but not limited to):
- Drive and contribute to the delivery of quarterly reportings and all core/ cyclical and reward and governance activities
- Review and monitor process mapping, with input to the development and management of training materials and ProMapp processes for Performance & Reward chapter deliverables
- Proactively review processes, practices, and documents to identify weaknesses and recommend actions to mitigate gaps
- Monitor and provide Exception reporting for ongoing improvement and correction of non-compliance actions/behaviours
- Develop reports to automate and improve the delivery of the Governance & Compliance frameworks
- Provide quantitative / qualitative reporting of Reward policies and governance in presentation packs detailing output that is simple, structured, accurate and robust
- Establish a Compliance ‘scorecard’ Dashboard reporting of Reward Framework
- Provide operational support to the Reward Operations team and Partner businesses with Reward activities and inquiries, where applicable
- Manage governance for filing conventions and written approval storage
- Support with tracking of anomalies/outliers during our Rem Review activities to share with Reward Partnering/People team for further investigation with respective leaders
- Develop and maintain translation tables for reward elements, such as allowances by eligibility etc.
- Liaise with Data & Insights team for dashboard/reporting activities, to identify and analyse trends to help improve efficiency in P&R delivery/operations
- Ability to work across teams and departments to create better experiences and outcomes together Passion for continuous improvement, showing an unrelenting focus to remove or minimise bureaucracy and unnecessary administration or procedure

You are a proven data professional with ideally previous experience working in a reward role. You have an analytical mindset, demonstrate a high attention to detail and the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
Skill/Experience
- Experience in an analytical role either as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst or Finance Analyst
- Able to synthesise large amounts of data from a variety of sources
- Experience in administering information and data, completing statistical analysis, creating presentations/ dashboards, and sharing findings by providing advisory and decision-making support
- Strong data analysis and modelling skills to analyse and summarise high volumes of data
- Proven problem solving, analytical and logical thinking skills, to understand needs and deliver programs which meet and/or exceed expectations.
- Experience in deriving insights from analysing data and market information, and making recommendations on policy and program design Solid communication and relationship building skills
