This is a great opportunity to either start your career in the Real Estate industry or bring your leasing skills to our professional Property Management team at First National Homeway.

We are a well-respected real estate agency operating within the Hills and North West for the past 35 years. Our highly knowledgeable and successful Property Management team are seeking an additional member to provide excellent service for our tenants and landlords.

Previous property management or leasing experience is an advantage, however, if you are hardworking, able to display a great attitude and willingness to learn, our team of senior property managers will support you in your real estate career.

**About the Role**:

- Open Homes - must be available to work Saturdays
- Property inspections including routine, ingoing and outgoing
- Lease preparation and renewals
- Communicate effectively with tenants and owners
- Data entry and loading rental listings

**About You**:

- Hold a current Assistant Agent or Class 2 Licence (or willing to obtain one before commencement)
- Previous property management or leasing experience is preferred, but not essential
- An understanding of current rental legislation
- The ability to work independently
- An ability to problem solve with a high attention to detail
- Current drivers licence with reliable motor vehicle

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $48,264.86 - $76,877.78 per year
