Eastwell Management is a family owned and operated management rights and property management agency based in Spring Hill. We nurture a small but innovative team within a friendly work environment, and we are currently looking for a dynamic person seeking a part-time position as Property Manager and occasional support in Administration. Ideally this position will progress to full-time into the future. This is a rare opportunity for those that value the flexibility a part-time position offers and working in onsite and property management.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Management of residential properties - onsite and throughout Brisbane
  • Liaising with landlords and tenants, managing telephone and email correspondence
  • Scheduling and following-up repairs and maintenance with contractors in efficient manner
  • Performing comprehensive entry, exit and routine inspections
  • Aiding in open inspections on Saturday morning, on occasions
  • Assisting Managing Director in marketing and other miscellaneous tasks

What We Are Looking For:

  • Exceptional people skills - friendly, helpful and proactive
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • High proficiency with computers & MS Office
  • Strong work ethic and driven to succeed
  • Property management experience preferred but not essential
  • Certificate of Registration essential or willing to obtain promptly
  • Valid QLD Driver Licence and reliable transportation essential
