Role Description

We're excited to welcome an enthusiastic new recruit to join our well-established, top-performing Commercial Real Estate Agency located in the Hills District, at the heart of Sydney's Northwest growth corridor.

As a Sales and Leasing Associate, you'll be responsible for managing client relationships, assist in the listing of properties, conducting inspections, preparing leasing and sales documentation, and negotiating terms. The role also involves researching commercial property markets and trends, developing sales strategies, and maintaining a strong client database.

You'll receive extensive support from the agency and work directly alongside one of the industry's top performers.

Qualifications

The successful applicant will have:

  • A focus on professional development with a passion to succeed
  • Minimum 12 months of experience working either in sales or in Real Estate
  • A team player who is organised
  • Professional work ethic
  • Excellent written & verbal skills
  • Fully competent in Microsoft suite, including Outlook, Word & Excel.
  • Have a minimum Assistant Agent status as required by NSW Fair Trading.
  • Have a current NSW Driver's Licence.

Pay: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year

  • Full Driver Licence (Preferred)
  • Assistant Agent or Class 2 Licence (Preferred)
