**The Role -**
**Individual Giving Coordinator**

Reporting to Marketing & Fundraising Team Lead, the Individual Giving Coordinator will join a dedicated team of Marketing and Communications specialists, responsible for direct marketing and fundraising.

**As Individual Giving Coordinator you will be responsible for**:

- Direct Mail
- Overseeing, implementing, and providing recommendations for the improvement of Bush Heritage’s appeals
- Community fundraising
- Recognise new donor opportunities and develop strategies for acquiring new individual givers
- Communications, supported by communications department
- Project management, forecasting and reporting
- Enhance the retention of Bush Heritage’s supporters

**Your Skills and Attributes**
- Passionate about Bush Heritage’s vision and values
- Experience within marketing, project management or fundraising
- Demonstrated ability to use CMS or CRM for record management
- Proven success in supplier management
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- An understanding of digital marketing
