Job Description

Are you passionate about making a difference and want to be a key player in a dynamic, growing organisation? We're seeking a motivated Fundraising Coordinator - Individual Giving to join our team and drive the expansion of our state-wide individual giving program.

**The Role**
As our Fundraising Coordinator - Individual Giving, you’ll be at the heart of our individual giving program, helping it flourish and expand. In this role, you’ll innovate and support our growing cash and regular giving program through multi-channel acquisition, retention, and extension strategies. Lead with impact by delivering disaster and emergency appeals, ensuring swift and effective fundraising responses. Engage and inspire by supporting the implementation of donor journeys, creating compelling program collateral, and managing key stakeholder relationships. Drive success by project managing a variety of fundraising campaigns and supporter engagements aligned with our strategic goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Appeal Champion: Support the delivery of a range of multi-channel appeals, working closely with members of the Fundraising, Marketing & Communications team.
- Campaign Mastery: Collaborate with the Fundraising Appeals Manager to craft and execute cash and regular giving campaigns that inspire and retain supporters.
- Storyteller: Support cash appeals by creating major campaigns, newsletters, impact reports, and bi-annual supporter surveys.
- Retention Focus: Develop a declines management program to keep our regular givers engaged through multiple communication channels.
- System Innovator: Work with internal teams to implement new systems and processes, including a journey from cash to regular giving.
- Performance Analyst: Report on program success and identify opportunities for testing and improvement.

This is a** Permanent, full-time position** (38 hours per week) based in our **South Brisbane**office.

Desired Skills and Experience

**To be successful in the role, you will meet the following criteria**:

- Tertiary qualification in fundraising, marketing, communications or a related discipline.
- 2+ years working in direct marketing and fundraising with a strong track record of successfully managing projects and meeting targets.
- Possess an understanding of the not-for-profit sector.
- Understanding of and commitment to the philosophy of the St Vincent de Paul Society Queensland and an ability to work in accordance with policies and procedures to promote the values and mission of the Society.
