**About the Role**

As a Talent Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the growth of our teams through effective identification and attraction of the best talent available. With the support of the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will play a key role in championing an exceptional employee experience throughout the recruitment process and beyond.

With your knowledge and understanding of the talent landscape, and a passion for building and growing successful teams, you will use your strengths in time management, relationship building, and the delivery of quality sourcing strategies to ensure success in your role.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work with the Talent Acquisition Lead in developing reports to support continuous improvement and initiatives.
- Contribute to initiatives focused on developing and promoting our employer brand and unique employer value proposition.
- Support and deliver People and Talent initiatives through effective collaboration and partnership with business units and hiring leads.
- Identify, build and implement appropriate recruitment templates and processes to improve the internal and external talent experience.

- Provide exceptional coordination and support across the talent team through your commitment to the seamless execution of our recruitment processes.
