**Your Role**

The Development & Alumnae Relations Coordinator supports the Development & Alumnae Relations Department in planning and implementing initiatives for fundraising and donations, including:

- Managing relationships with existing donors and maximising opportunities for new donor relationships;
- Coordinating various events and initiatives including the Annual Giving Program, donor stewardship program, fundraising activities, Principal’s briefings, alumni reunions and panel discussions;
- Drafting publications, creating content for appeals and project managing digital and printed collateral;
- Liaising with donors and preparing donor acknowledgements and receipts;
- Contributing to Impact of Giving reports;
- Identifying philanthropic opportunities;
- Liaising with internal departments, particularly the Facilities and Communications and Engagement departments to deliver a high standard of communications and events;
- Updating and maintaining the school’s CRM system;
- General support to the Director of Development & Alumnae Relations and the Alumnae Relations Manager.

**Your Profile**

With tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline such as Fundraising, Marketing or Communications, you will bring several years’ experience working within an established fundraising team or not-for-profit environment, highly developed stakeholder development and relationship management skills and experience working with CRM systems.

This role involves a flexible approach to working hours, as there is a requirement to work some weekends and evenings at various events throughout the School year. It will also require the ability to acquire a Working With Children Check (Blue Card).
