**About the Role**
The Workforce Planning (WFP) team provides timely and efficient movement of CR staff to meet overall business needs and in compliance with CR policy and procedures.
The Workforce Planning (WFP) Coordinator is responsible for managing the allocation of competent personnel with the relevant required skill sets, transportation, and accommodation, training, and medicals to help delivery of the daily operation of the organisation.
**Role Accountabilities include**:
- Be a focal point for the provision of people movement services within the business.
- Management of rosters, flights and accommodation for all Contract Resources personnel.
- Ensuring employee mobilisation is carried out in accordance with client/site requirements.
- Coordinate crew movements between projects across Australia and New Zealand.
- Identify crew training requirements, provide details to training personnel in line with specific contract/client requirements.
- Maintain regular contact with employees regarding upcoming projects.
- Provide Project Managers with support and advice on allocated project employees.
- Assist in forecast planning for peak periods.
- Booking of periodic medicals, specialty medicals and baseline monitoring for Contract Resources’ workforce.
**To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following**:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a mobilisation role or similar, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
- Previous experience in rostering, booking flights and accommodation is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills are essential.
- Be highly organised, self-motivated and enjoy working as part of a team.
- Ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Ability to oversee and manage the deployment of people resources efficiently and effectively.
- Proficient with ERMS and the ability to navigate multiple client onboarding portals, as well as other internal mobilisation systems.
