The Project Coordinator plays a critical administrative support role within the Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project team. You will assist the Project Manager and team by coordinating project documentation, tracking progress, managing schedules, and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks. This role is essential to ensuring that project milestones are met, and that all documentation and communications are handled efficiently.

**What Does Success Look Like**
- Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, reports, meeting minutes, and schedules, ensuring all information is accurately stored and easily accessible.
- Assist in tracking project timelines, updating schedules, and coordinating with team members to ensure milestones are on track.
- Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and team, including managing correspondence, organizing meetings, and preparing project-related reports.
- Act as a key point of contact for project communication, ensuring timely dissemination of information between internal and external stakeholders.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager, identifying any delays or issues that may impact timelines.
- Support the coordination of suppliers and contractors, ensuring all relevant documentation is submitted and stored appropriately.
- Arrange and coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure progress.

**Exposure & Experience**
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in project management, business administration, or a related field. Experience with large-scale energy projects is advantageous.
- Proven experience in an administrative or project coordination role, ideally within the construction, energy, or infrastructure sectors.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software for tracking progress, timelines, and documentation.
- Excellent organizational skills with experience managing project documentation, schedules, and communications.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively coordinate between stakeholders and project teams.
