Are you passionate about vocational education and training? Do you have a previous experience in the VET sector and understanding of RTO compliance requirements? If so, we want you to be part of our team

We are looking for a detail oriented, highly organised individual with experience in a project planning or scheduling environment to join our Training & Delivery Team as a Training Coordinator on a 12-month fixed term basis.

**Your Role in Action**

As the Training Coordinator, you will be responsible to provide training administration and scheduling services to all business stakeholders and maintain PTS’s legislative, commercial, enterprise and RTO requirements.

**What Makes You a Great Fit**

Key requirements:

- Experience in an RTO in a similar position.
- Demonstrated administrative experience preferably within a project, planning and / or scheduling environment.
- Be able to implement knowledge and understanding of the Standards for RTO’s 2015
- Experience in managing systems and procedures in an RTO environment and maintaining a student management system.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a strong customer focus.
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Be able to work autonomously, while understanding the need for team work to achieve goals in a highly regulated environment.
- Be process driven with excellent attention to detail, ensuring compliance requirements are always adhered to.
- Be able to demonstrate experience in driving improvements to support compliance.
- Assist with systematic validation activities.
- Participate in internal audit activities.
- Experience in the use of systems: accelerated, Ariba and Ellipse preferable.
- High level organisational, prioritising and planning skills.
- Knowledge of procurement, scheduling, and cost control activities.
- Proven personal effectiveness with business acumen.
