**About the role**

WesTrac are currently seeking an energetic and results driven Parts Sales Coordinator to join our Customer Service team on a six-month fixed term contract (maternity leave coverage).

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders. You will be a highly motivated, efficient, and proactive individual who thrives in a challenging fast paced role and is passionate about customer experience.

This is a unique opportunity to gain industry exposure, with opportunities for progression.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Inbound order call management
- Parts interpretation
- Customer follow up enquiries
- Dispute resolution
- Data processing

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Problem solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude and passion to deliver the best outcome for the customer every time
- Familiarity with Caterpillar processes or equipment would be highly regarded however not essential.
