**About the role**
WesTrac is currently looking for an energetic and motivated Customer Service Coordinator to join our Flexi Parts Sales team at our Tomago Facility. Our Flexi Parts team offer a range of used, rebuilt and ‘as new’ part solutions to keep your Caterpillar equipment moving.
Reporting to the Flexi Parts Sales Supervisor, the primary responsibility of the Customer Service Coordinator is to provide a high level of customer service to our internal and external customers by interpreting and fulfilling enquiries and requirements in the purchase of Caterpillar spare parts.
The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for scheduling, pricing, communicating variations and invoicing of the work required whilst ensuring the customer’s needs are met and all queries are closed out in a timely manner to ensure WesTrac’s reputation of being the first choice in equipment solutions is upheld.
This position will be offered on a full-time permanent basis working Monday to Friday.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide all customers with a best in class customer experience regarding requests and other general queries
- Support the inventory for Flexi Parts NSW
- Provide day to day support to the Flexi Parts Sales team
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure spare parts availability is upheld to a high standard to assist with meeting future planned work requirements
- Management of work orders ensuring customer parts delivery and expectation requirements are accurately communicated with the customer
- Timely and accurate processing of invoices
**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in a high-level customer service role (preferably in a technical/industrial environment)
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to effectively build and maintain successful working relationships
- Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and create efficiencies in workflows
- Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, organisation, time management and communication skills (interpersonal, written & verbal)
- High level problem solving skills and the ability to successfully manage fluctuating workloads and prioritise accordingly
- Highly developed attention to detail
- Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills
