WesTrac is currently seeking a passionate Project Coordinator to join our General Workshop Rebuilds Team. This workshop runs a 24/7 operation and performs rebuilds on large scale surface mining equipment for a customer base that extends across all of NSW/ACT.

Reporting into the Branch Manager - General Workshop, the Project Coordinator is responsible for the tender, estimation, planning, coordination and control of nominated projects. The successful applicant will have excellent analytical and stakeholder engagement ability with a desire to drive meaningful and impactful work.

This position is based at our Tomago Branch working a 50 hour week, Monday to Friday.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate entire cycle of projects
- Identify the scope of work and provide quotation & pricing for multiple projects within mínimal timeframes
- Liaise with key internal stakeholders to ensure our customers receive superior service.
- Combine your technical knowledge of Caterpillar equipment with strong customer service skills to promote, develop and sustain ongoing customer relationships & engagement
- Communicate and coordinate all customer requirements in the workshop
- Provide monthly and annual sales forecasts and progress reports
- Manage the project budget and escalate issues or concerns for immediate resolution.
- Deliver projects within the quoted hours and costs allocated to ensure WesTrac achieves financial targets

**About you**
- Civil / industrial Project Management experience (desirable)
- Mechanical/Electrical Trade or Project Management qualification (desirable)
- Demonstrated experience with Mining Equipment in a repairs or overhauls capacity
- Sound knowledge and experience with Caterpillar equipment and systems (desirable)
- Demonstrated experience in project planning, management and resource coordination
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Project or Project Management software skills
