**About the Role**

Working within the Sales Administration and Support team, the Execution Support Coordinator is accountable for opening of work orders and will ensure required parts are ordered, tracked, and obtained in a timely manner to enable efficiencies in the execution of new machine builds. Furthermore, this role will be responsible for communicating to stakeholders the critical path to support achievement of Delivery in Full On Time (DIFOT) and improved customer experience relating to new machine sales.

This position will be offered on a full-time permanent basis, working Monday to Friday.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Complete all aspects of sales execution support, including review of ‘workshop get ready form’, opening of work orders for new machine sales and coordination of internal and external parts and service to enable efficiencies in the execution new machine builds.
- Proactively communicate to all stakeholders regarding the critical path to support achievement of DIFOT and improved customer experience.
- Review ‘workshop get ready forms’ to ensure accuracy and communicate any issues or errors identified with standard job BOMs to the Service Pricing team in a timely manner to support continuous improvement and minimise rework and margin erosion.
- Contribute to the management of external spend on parts and services for new machine builds, both mining and construction.
- Identify continuous improvement initiatives within the department to ensure improved efficiency, accuracy of quotes and overall service delivery.

**Skills & Experience**
- Diploma in Business or similar plus 2-4 years post qualification experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience in supply chain and inventory coordination, parts and materials ordering or procurement is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills - interpersonal, written and verbal
- Excellent internal customer service skills in a similar related industry
- Advanced computer literacy skills (MS Office Suite)
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work successfully within a team as well as autonomously
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads and conflicting priorities to achieve tight deadlines
