Within Fair Trading and Regulatory Services, the Long Service Corporation manages portable long service schemes for the building and construction industry and contract cleaning industry. We are now launching a NEW scheme to provide portable long service benefits to the community services industry. Be part of this exciting new expansion
As Change Lead you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the successful adoption and integration of changes within Long Service Corporation, focusing on people, culture, processes, capability, and ways of working. This role is instrumental in designing, coordinating, and implementing change management solutions to mitigate the impacts of change and create a positive employee experience. Your day to day will involve engaging and collaborating with key stakeholders across the project team and broader organisation to analyse change impacts, refine change plans, build change readiness, and facilitate/coordinate employee engagement initiatives.
**This role will be responsible for**:
- Developing LSC change management principles for the launch and ongoing administration of the new community services scheme.
- Facilitate staff forums to gather feedback, address concerns, and coordinate effective implementation of system and procedural changes into operating teams.
- Coordinating with the Product Owner and the project team to assess the impacts of system development and to influence efficient and effective solutions for staff and customers.
- Providing advice in a timely, impartial manner in accordance with legislation to internal and external stakeholders for the development of operational systems, processes, and staff.
- Providing guidance, coaching, advice and support to staff, management, customers, and stakeholders
- Support wider project activities where necessary.

- Take a collaborative approach with senior stakeholders and departmental teams considering views from all angles.
- Where a precedent does not exist, use good judgement and thorough research to problem solve, considering the broader context of a situation and ensuring decisions are justifiable.
- Be able to provide coaching and constructive feedback, question practices and make decisions.
