**About the role**

We are seeking an energetic and driven Rental Equipment Coordinator to join our Rental Sales team located at either our Tomago or Casula Branch.

Reporting to the Rental Sales Manager, the Rental Equipment Coordinator is accountable for managing the rental fleet equipment, repairs and servicing within the workshop or whilst in field.

Furthermore, the Rental Equipment Coordinator will ensure that all work is carried out in a timely and cost-efficient manner, working towards achieving a highly hireable product, whilst ensuring the safety and/or performance of the equipment is always maintained.

This position is offered as a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week with some travel required between branches.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate all rental equipment repairs, wear items and service work and schedule as required.
- Manage warranty work and claims with the relevant workshops.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customer and other departments within the business.
- Manage the rental equipment check in and check out process.
- Coordinate rental machine build ups with the relevant workshops.
- Review check in reports and manage charge back costs with the relevant workshop and stakeholders.
- Maintain machine safety compliance e.g. fire extinguishers and/or fire suppression systems.
- Ensure company safety procedures, safe working practices and Life Saving Rules are strictly followed.

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills - Interpersonal, written and verbal.
- Proven time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet objectives.
- Dedicated to maintaining safe work practices and environment.
- Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel and Outlook).
- High attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ability to effectively build and maintain successful working relationships.
