We are looking to appoint an Accounts Payables Officer to join our busy team based in Murarrie. Reporting to the Senior AP Officer, this role will provide will perform a variety of accounting and clerical duties to ensure that accounts payable transactions are processed efficiently, the supplier master file is maintained and that supplier statements are reconciled.

**Key responsibilities for this position include**:
Process requests for the creation of new suppliers and ensure that the supplier master file is accurately maintained
Assist with general finance tasks including data entry, report preparation, journals & EOM tasks
Assist with maintaining the finance system, including records of payments, invoices, contractor / client payment details, and other relevant information
Other duties as required

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of accounts payables and maintaining general ledgers
Intermediate - Advanced MS Office skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Excellent oral and written communication
Customer focused
